How Does It Work?
  1. Contact us by call, text or email to request this service
  2. After we have spoken and arranged a time to conduct the notarization, email the document you want to notarize for upload to the Notarize platform. Make sure that the document is complete and accurate before uploading it.
  3. You will receive an email with the scheduled appointment details and link to complete your KBA
  4. Verify your identity: Before we can proceed with the notarization, you will need to verify your identity using an acceptable form of identification, such as a driver's license or passport.
  5. Send your document by email to, it will be uploaded to the platform for notarization.
  6. Connect with the notary: Once your identity has been verified, you will be connected to the notary public via video conference. During the video conference, the notary will confirm that you are signing the document voluntarily and that you understand its contents.
  7. Sign the document: Sign the document using an electronic signature tool provided by the online notary service. Make sure that you sign the document in the presence of the notary.
  8. Notarize the document: The notary will then affix their electronic seal or stamp to the document, and provide an electronic notary certificate to show that the document has been notarized.
  9. Download the notarized document: Once the notarization is complete, you will be emailed the notarized document for download.
What Will I Need To Complete Signing?
  1. A smart computer or device with access to a camera and the internet (or just a smartphone)
  2. Webcam or phone's forward-facing camera
  3. One of the following valid United States IDs:
    • Driver's License
    • State Issued ID card
    • US passport
  4. Prove your identity through answering Knowledge Base Assessment (KBA) questions
